We will use Travel data for creating Top 5 average costs of travel & Bottom 5 average costs of travel. The steps for the same are as follows:
Drag ‘Employee name’ & ‘Travel cost’ column
Apply ‘Group by’ function on Employee Name and ‘Average’ function on Travel cost. Then generate the report.
Arrange the ‘Travel Cost’ column in ascending or descending order. Use ascending order for Bottom 5 results and descending order for Top 5 results.
Now go to the Settings tab and select the sample size as ‘5’
Now click on ‘Generate report’ to see Top 5 average cost of Travel
Similarly you can create result for Bottom 5 average cost of travel simply by arranging the ‘Travel Cost’ column in ascending order.
