Dynamic Query
Metadata view now supports generating/modifying queries on run time based on filters as well as loggedin users session variables. level to generate queries at run time based on input parameter values.
Fast Query Execution
With dynamic query option, the SQL is created and generated on run time. Thus any report generated on top of View is much more faster in comparison to the views created by the older version.
Other Features
User with Viewer role
For enhanced data security when used in embedded mode, a new role which is ROLE_VIEWER allows sharing of reports/dashboards without giving the access to use the BI application.
Export & Mail Schedule enhancement
Additional options to email reports created via Adhoc reports in XLS and CSV formats. Also email and schedule canned reports in all the formats that it can be exported in.
